  1. Client Team Work Session.  We facilitate a gathering of cross-functional stakeholders to clearly identify and agree on strategic goals for the initiative. And - through the use of the KB MarLytics Discovery Assessment interactive tool -  identify where relevant data sources may be found as well as important data gaps.
  2. Data Assessment.  KB MarLytics will analyze a sampling of data to pinpoint areas where data quality can be improved, what types of data may be missing, and other issues that may impact effective use.
